The person that answered the call said that there is no special class for employees but if I thought I had a claim, I should file it.
I don't know what I expected. The claim amount for an employee is $10,950 according to the form.

Thanks for passing on the information. I even wrote Mike Z...with a very concise, professional diplomatic plea about how to address the issues of laid off employees with dignity and respect. Not holding my breath that I will get a response, but figured I had nothing to lose.
